HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGE ATHLETES

 

OUR MISSION:

Highschool and college athletes are able to train and compete in an environment that fosters optimal development and prioritizes strength training of the mind-body relationship. Our coaches are continuously working to assist athletes in achieving their personal best and peak performance in strength and conditioning.

THE PROCESS

  • STEP 1

    SCHEDULE YOUR EVALUATION

    a) During the evaluation you will be brought through a screening process where we will assess functional movement, core strength, power and performance.

    b) Your short term and long term goals will also be recorded along with an outline of the different phases of training you would be brought through considering the time frame you are in pertaining to your sport and goals.

  • STEP 2

    RECEIVE A PERSONALIZED PROGRAM

    a) Following the evaluation, each athlete will be given an individualized program to maximize and develop their strength and weaknesses

    b) The program is formulated from the results gained from the evaluation, the goals that were set and the outlook of the season. - during and/ or up and coming season.

  • STEP 3

    RE-EVALUATE

    a) After each phase of training, Athletes will progress or re-assess depending on which phase of training they are in.

    b) We are always retesting our athletes to show progressions and motivate them setting and reaching for new personal goals.

INDIVIDUALIZED GROUP TRAINING


Monday - Friday: 3:30pm-4:45pm,  5pm-6:15pm

Saturday 10:30am-11:45am

 

PRIVATE 1 ON 1 TRaining

 

ARM STRENGTH PROGRAM

This six week program aims to educate and develop the contributing factors needed to safely throw a baseball at high velocities, respective to age. This program utilizes myofascial release to help increase range of motion, and shoulder stability exercises to reduce risk of injury. We will also use plyometric and ballistic training to help increase overall power and explosiveness. This type of focused training will be key to increasing velocity, whether you are throwing off the mound or across the diamond.

Monday - Wednesday - Friday (6 week sessions) 

6:30-7:30PM

PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING

Have a private group training session with family, friends and more! (minimum 4 people - $40/person)
