YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The Youth Athletic Program is designed for  younger athletes between  ages 8-12. This program will feature 60 minute sessions that combine various aspects of training promoting core strength, body awareness and conditioning.  We believe that there is no such thing as an unathletic kid.  Our methods of training will increase your child’s athleticism by educating them on proper movement techniques, teaching footwork, and coaching them through functional exercises. This program serves to increase functional strength, core strength, speed, agility, explosiveness and coordination.  

Monday - Wednesday - Friday 3:30pm-4:30pm

 

PRIVATE 1 ON 1 TRAINING

Train 1 On 1 with Coach Dimitrios to ensure personalized long term results.

 

Private Group Training

Have a private group training session with family, friends and more! (minimum 4 people - $40/person)
